(Nasdaq: ABTC) is the Trump-family‑backed digital-asset company co-founded by Eric Trump, who serves as Chief Strategy Officer, together with Donald Trump Jr. It was formed as a joint venture with Nasdaq-listed bitcoin miner Hut 8, which contributed its mining fleet for a roughly 80% stake, while the Trumps and early backers hold the remaining ~20%.

The company began trading on the Nasdaq on September 3, 2025 following an all-stock merger with Gryphon Digital Mining, reaching a market capitalization of about $5 billion on its debut. It has raised more than $220 million from investors — some subscribing with bitcoin — to accumulate BTC and scale operations.
